Convert PAL VHS tape?

Hey guys!

I happened to come across an old VHS tape of a program with an ENF scene I fondly remembered. However, it is in PAL format. I don't have a PAL VCR unfortunately. Anyone know of a service that I can send it to to get it converted to a more friendly DVD format?

It will naturally be shared once converted and clipped.
