Regarding to the text on the bottles in the first 3 pics, i think they are shot in Israël. Because i don't think they sell Israël brands mineral water in Russia, but i could be wrong.

More from Koktebel; unfortunately for an aficionado of the complete exchange, since it's a mainly nude beach, what they change into (or "out of," in this case) is: the nude! Here she's getting bottoms, pulling 'em up, getting top, putting it on (hooking up backwards), then (out of sequence, but included so you see her from the front) coming out of the water.
