Found her. You can tell it's her from the thing around her neck.

Click fast, threads on "-chan" boards can disappear pretty quick.

She goes by the name "Keratosis-chan". Don't ask me why -- I have no f*cking idea.

"-chan" boards (named for 4chan.org, the site that started it all), are these free-for-all discussion boards where you don't have to register to post. The various boards often attract young women who post naked pictures of themselves to get attention.
