- Some kind of PETA protest? They're always on a "quest for media attention"...

I have no idea what the location is, other than it appears to be a restaurant, if that was what you were asking.

If I had to narrow it down to one, I'd go with PETA. They're the only one of the three that I can imagine someone getting indignant over the event about and bringing up "media attention". Of course, I could be wrong... The thing that's throwing me off is that I don't see any signs or costumes/body paint, which PETA usually has during their protests (unless that's what you meant by a better picture would give it away).

I would say a Tunick shoot, normally though they close the places down (Selfridges in London for example), at Gateshead (again in the UK), the Baltic Centre was open and trading when the later shots were taken. His Grand Central Station shots were women only, and I think men are present here, so I 'll take a guess and Baltic Centre shoot by Tunick in 2005......or Selfridges PETA (or similar) protests are normally outside!
