The four women of 26 years of age, were rescued from where they were tied nude to the flag's pole in the town square.

This happened when the shopkeeper found that they were stealing goods and concealing them in their clothes.

Before tieing them, they were put in the square's fountain, to make sure they were wet, before putting tieing them to the flagpole

Even when the police tried to rescue them, they were stopped by the shopkeepers, as they believe that the police have protected these women before when they were caught stealing.

These women were guarded by over 200 shopkeepers who said that they would not free them until they were assured that they would go to prison.

A few years ago, a similar thing happen in Peru. The women were kept nude in a fountain, and that was on video, because I saw it on the television on the news. However, I never found any evidence of it on the internet when I looked. But it did make me very very hot, I had to go and masturbate, and I was in a bar when I saw it

Another intersting thing about the incident. One incident that I remembered happened in Peru, like seven years ago, in some remote town, villagers acused a couple of women of being witches, and they cought them, stripped them naked, and tyed them up in the central plaza. I remember seeing the video on the news. But the women were really ugly, so I don't thik that's something worth to look for.
