Forum Problem

Hello Everybody. I have a big problem on my forum which is run on the same script like yours. Every time when I woke up and turn on my computer I see that there is a lot of links to strange domains with nothing on them but usually redirecting to bad sites ;-( This links looks like : *****LINKS REMOVED***** Does anyone know how to block this links on my forum ? Hi Maciej,

assuming that this is a legit question and just not a very inventive way of spamming the forum, certain sites have been blacklisted by the Head Moderator so that when they pop up in posts all you see are a bunch of asterisks (*****) rendering the link dead. I don't know how that is done, but you can probably find the info on the web.

Aside from that, I and the other mods just have to keep checking the forums and manually remove the spam posts as they appear. Tedious but necessary.
