It would be awseme is looker or anyone else could find some clips of Kiana's Flex Appeal or clips of bodyshaping with the two lovely ladies Page Langston and Jennifer Dempster. These are both workout shows that used to come on espn 2 in the mornings.

please anyone I think the whold board would enjoy these clips they are very nice.
