How do I covert youtube files?

Hi I was wondering if anyone knows a way to convert youtube files to wmv. I can play them back after saving them using http://www.videolan.org/ but I have to browse for each file one by one, which is time comsuming.

Is there any other way please help!

Personally I use Riva FLV Player & Encoder.
