It seems like it's pretty rare to see pics of couples kissing while having sex missionary style. It would seem like there would be more, they are face to face after all. Thinking about the missionary position with my wife though, while there is kissing once we assume the position in the beginning, once we get into a rhythm, there aren't many lip locks.

I have noticed that most of the pics I've found of couples making love missionary and kissing at the same time are interracial with black on white. Why is this? Which one initiated the kiss?
