I doubt it very much. It has never happened to me or anyone else I know.

Why would a legit massage place offer this? After getting their formal massage qualification, what have they got to gain, apart from a little extra money. They have a lot to lose if word gets out - as it certainly would. Men will visit expecting extras - knowing the reputation. It's bad enough for legit places having to make things clear and sometimes having to threaten ejection for anyone asking for "extras". They would probably attract the attention of the authorities and the legit massage organizations.

It very much depends on where in the world you are how normal it is. Most larger legit businesses wont in western countries, totally not worth the risk or the type of clientele it attracts. Its extremely common in south-east asia to the point that its completely expected/normal to get a finishing tug at the end if not more. I have had it offered in the US once but the girl was hideous/old with rough hands and I was really not interested. Had a finish in Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia and others.

Can’t speak for most of those countries, but I think it may be for that region. I’ve had offered and done in the Philippines. Great way to end a relaxing massage.
