Aside from any medical issues, I feel that some women (and men) start to think and behave old and think there are things they shouldn't be doing 'at their age' .
Starting to dress is a frumpy way and maybe avoiding exercise are a couple of things.

It's a downward spiral from there and sex is one thing that it's easy get out of the habit of doing especially if someone is single and doesn't feel confident enought to get back into a relationship or just find a fuckbudd
