[Request] Relaxed Work Atmosphere

Hello, sorry if something like this has already been posted but i can't seem to find it anywhere.

I'm really interested to hear if anyone else has had some good atmospheres at work with colleages. I don't mean like having sex with colleages or giving blowjobs etc but things like pantsings, flashing etc where it's all taken as a joke and no one is bothered.

The previous company I worked for, myself and my friend who was only a year older than me would constantly pull each others pants down when we were on our own just for a laugh. A few times she just left her pants down for a few minutes while she finished what she was doing before pulling them back up.

I'm just curious to see if anyone else has had experiences like this. Also if anyone works the night shifts, do you really have as much fun as rumors are on the internet?

I worked in an office in a round building. One of the gals on my floor lost a bet with another. Her penalty was to walk around the circular hallway nude. She was allowed to do it after regular work hours as a concession. I happened to be working late the night she had to serve her penance.

As I was working in my office a co-worker came by to "warn" me and the other folks what was about to happen. I was also urged to drop my pants when she walked by. Shortly thereafter I heard a commotion down the hall. I went to my office door and coming down the hall was the gal completely nude.

Following her were a few others in various states of undress - topless, bottomless or nude - males and females. Not wanting to be a wallflower I immediately dropped my pants and underwear. Everyone was laughing and urged me to join the parade which I did.

Once we completed the circle we all stood around talking and laughing and congratulating the gal who lost the bet. We retreated to our offices and dressed as soon as we heard the elevator door open. Nothing was ever said about the nudity after that night.

I personally haven't been in a situation like this, but I know a lot of people who have.

I had a friend work at a waterpark, and all the lifeguards would skinny dip after hours regularly, and of course they always changed together.

I worked retail after high school, and I found out a few years later that most of the cashiers had orgies with other departments a few times a year. It was super hush-hush, and I was never invited. I did have a small inkling that it was happening, but I thought it was just an inside joke.

A friend of mine worked at a bookstore, and a lot of the women wore nothing but dresses of some type, and they set up chairs to sit in to read in during their breaks or when it was slow at the store, and they would often put one leg on the chair, intentionally giving people a look up their dresses as they walked by. They would tally for points for who got the most and longest stares.

I had a co-worker who previously worked retail, and he said that the women would all take off their bras during overnight stocking shifts; it started as a dare, then it just because a thing that they did.

Oh! There was one that I was at. An annual party for my ex-wife's retail store at a park, and they brought water balloons. Many women in white tank tops and thin summer dresses without bras, and many women got wet with their nips poking out and quite visible. They were all aware of it and joked about it, and not one of them was shy about encouraging people to look.

One of my friend's moms owned a small dress shop in a mall, and he said that his mom would get annoyed when women would like up to use the only fitting room; she would tell them that it's okay to just change in the store. Supposedly not a single one ever did, ha!

I guess my own work atmosphere counts. I have mentioned years ago that I am a pro musician...everything from lessons to gigs to anything in between. I posted before how a well-known person came to my house to buy some gear from me, and propositioned me and my wife to join her, and she showed up in a see through top. We didn't take her up on her offer.

I have also had adult students who were either totally clueless, or intentionally wore clothing to their lessons that revealed A LOT, and on a regular basis, too. I had posted about these before years ago as they happened.

I used to work for a big corporation in Boston. I worked with a woman who had gotten implants years before. She and I used to flirt. I think if I had had the balls enough to ask her out when we were both single I might be married to her now. She is 5yrs older than me. She had 2 kids and had been 2X divorced so I was a little weary of that.

I suppose you do not mean like a strip club. Though going by what you said, it could fall under those definitions. Here is my story. Back in the 90s, I worked as a bouncer/security at a strip club. The way the law was in Louisiana at the time said the narrowest part of the bikini bottoms had to be 2 inches across. And no nipples could show so the women wore pasties. The police vice squad appeared every night to check how the women were dressed and never came at the same time to surprise the owner and the dancers. With that kind of atmosphere, there was never any fucking or sex going on.

But there was a lot of joking and flashing going on every night. After I got to know many of the girls, they all flirted with me and often would flash me. It was all fun and gest because they knew I wouldn’t try to fuck them or try to creep on them later. Though over the years a few did come to my house later and had a good time. I had to get something out of that room. I had a good time working there but sometimes the headache was not worth the pay.
