why is there a requirement to wait 60 seconds between reporting posts? Oftentimes a user may post multiple photos that need to be removed.

That's the way Admin have it set, I'm sure it could be changed, but mods don't have access to that sort of thing.
You could add in your report that their other posts need looking at, (until the 60 seconds is up)

This can work at times, but sometimes I will see something that needs reporting on a different thread. Keep up the good work on a thankless job!!
