[ENF] The story of when I had the best view in the whole audience

This happened two years ago when I was still in University. I was active in a group in the university that arranged parties and events for other students. There is a tradition called "mens banquet" and "womens banquet" (roughly translated). Basically, these are parties, with banquets where only men are allowed on the "mens banquet" and vice versa. As a tradition, some students of the opposite gender perform a sexy burlesque-ish dance for the audience. The performances usually have some sort of theme (police, cowboy, sports etc) and end up with the performers in skimpy lingerie/almost naked. This story took place during the "mens banquet"

I was the sound/light guy at this event. I'm not an expert but someone had to start and stop music and control the lights etc so I had that simple job. I was to sit at the sound/light booth which was behind the stage off to the side so I could see the stage without being seen by the audience.

Before the event started, I talked to some of the girls that were going to perform and asked them about their act, what they wanted music-wise, what type of lighting they wanted etc. The music was just a press-play medley and we agreed to some light-effects after I'd shown them what equipment we had. QUE TO THE EVENT.

The event started and went along great. Everyone was having a good time and it was finally time for the main event of the evening. The girls came up on stage dressed in typical sexy school girl outfits. I started the music and they started their act. They had obviously put down a ton of work because their choreography was pretty impressive. A bit into the dance I noticed that some of the girls were looking at me. They looked sorta shocked/embarrased and I didnt really understand why. I could tell some of them said something to each other and looked at me when they had their backs turned against the audience. The dance continued, they took of more and more clothes and then I realized why they had those reactions. This years act was a bit different. Instead of stripping down to lingerie and doing sexy dances, these girls had made a choreography where they used props to cover themselves while actually being naked. They used umbrellas, balloons, flags and other things to cover themselves and each other while simoultaneously dancing to the music. They had those reactions because they realized that I would see them from a different view than the audience and their use of the props was choreographed to keep them covered from the audience, not someone watching from behind.

So there I was sitting in my booth, watching these naked girls from my uni as they were dancing and doing a really good job at covering themselves from the audience while simoultaneously baring it all to me. I caught eye contact with some of them during the act and they laughed embarrassed but just kept going. They knew I was gonna be here since we talked about the lights but I guess they didn't think so far ahead or maybe didn't care. They actually seemed to kinda enjoy being seen.

The dance ended after they had successfully left the audience wishing for a slip in the choreography. The girls went off the stage and I met some of them afterwards. They asked me whith a smile if I enjoyed the show and I told them that "of course I did, I had the best seat in the whole audience". I felt like the luckiest guy in the whole university.
