nude car drive after lightning storms

There was some freaky lightning & thunder, all around the UK, a couple of nights ago, after a few very hot days (we just aren't used to it here!).

Trying to get pics from indoors just wasn't working, so we ventured out- full a/c on in the car was really welcome, btw.

Heading up to a high point of town, it seems a few others haf thought the same- see twitter / facebook etc for others, as we ended up just sitting and watching the sky- being in awe of nature. not bothering with any photos ourselves..

when it all subsided, we headed to the beach for a cooling skinny dip. As no towels, we 'air dried' on the beach.

We were about to get dressed again, but as it was still quite warm, and dead quiet, no one else about, we decided not to bother!

Just wearing sandals / flip flops on, from the beach to main coast road was about 150 metres..
we dared each other to go across this, and wander around a grassed area on the other side- some trees & bushes, and all surrounded by a square shaped crescent of large houses.. locals may recognise the place !

At the top is a road through town that would be much busier, and a loooong way from our clothes -we had stashed those n the car.. even with cover of dark, we were nervous!

As a last double dare, we went to a random building on the other side, then ran back to the car, bits flopping about in the now much cooler night air- quite a buzz!

A couple of folks saw us and cheered, but we saw no camera flashes, so think we are safe from the interweb!

I have read about a couple that went for a night nude stroll along Brighton seafront, though don't think we are that brave just yet..
