Default anyone help ?

PS, My pc got hijacked yesterday :-( It wiped out my norton, and its took over my toolbar. It has added another toolbar that i cannot remove, nor can i change any of my toolbar setting's. I found 2 things on my PC.

1, bla.exe = this wiped out my popupstopper companion. I was able to delete it and my popupstopper has returned.

2, cfgrbrend.exe = this is the program that tried to access the internet. I have blocked it, but am not able to find nor remove it.

any help would be apreciated.
regards
CP.

cp- when this happened to me i had to back up an reformat... hate to say it but it was the only solution i found... in my experience system restore is only a temporary solution and the same problem will crop up later...

one other thing to suggest... i'm sure that you have run your anti- virus, etc, but try getting into your view files and make sure hidden files can be seen... some viruses hide in there and if they are hidden i understand your anti-virus can't find them...
