Editing pics

I have a couple of pics that I want to upload. But they are too big adn it wont let me. Can someone tell me how I can make the file size smaller?

I use photoshop. Any photo editing software will do. If you don't have any software, you may still be able to crop the pics to a suitable size in an image viewing application. Mine (imagebrowser) lets me crop pics, brighten etc, but not reduce them.

You may even have a program called "Paint" on your PC that will do the trick. Just make sure you save your photos as .JPG's to post here.
