You have to use a newgroups reader. I prefer XNews

and you also need an account. Many isp's do provide access to news groups and you can use outlook express to download and view pics once you set it up correctly. Check with your isp to see if you have access before you pay extra for the service, but if not there are good options out there that save you time and effort including guba.
