"The Ghost of Tom Carvel and a Real Topless Woman."
This is a clip taken from a commercial/ preview for the first episode of an internet show named "The Ghost of Tom Carvel and a Real Topless Woman."
The show is "hosted" by the supposed ghost of a man named Tom Carvel (a relatively known entrepreneur and promoter of soft ice cream) and features his sidekick, a topless woman. Although it is not her she does bear a slight resemblance to actress Krista Allen.
 I wish there were an uncensored version floating around somewhere. Her name is Dru Mouser.
