Down Blouse.
Maybe because I think they are so much rarer, there are zillions of upskirt images, but not nearly as many DB's. I also believe it's way easier to get a glimpse upskirt then it is to get a decent DB shot.

I definatly go with the downblouse shots. When a good looking girl bends over in a low cut blouse or dress and gives u that view of either her bra or naked tits is the most erotic feeling.
