| one click pass username merge?

I signed up for one click a little while ago but the page wouldn't let me use my existing id as it couldn't be found although when I tried a different option it told me it was in use with the result I have this id and also sailingaway for one click. Is it possible to join them up retrospectively please? Thanks |

Sorry for the delay. Yes we can merge two usernames into one membership for you. Iamsailing, I'll send you a private message. I know the system requires the e-mail address and password to match the forum membership details. Offhand, I can't see what is causing the problem. Sometimes the quickest & easiest solution will be to buy a pass with a new username. Then if you want us to change it for you to match your original username, we can do that for you. Thanks, Alex |

I think I'm having the same thing. I tried to purchase a One Click Pass and it said my One Click Chicks username was not in the database. Of course, trying to make a new one with this username said that I couldn't because it was in the database, with the option for password retrieval that then failed because it said the username was not in the database. So will it work if I just create a new account? I don't really see what would be causing this so I don't know if it would fail in the same way in the other direction after a purchase. |
