Anyone with photoshop skills?
I found this old picture of my fiance and scanned it to see if anyone could bring it up to a level that shows the sexy bits? I will post a current shot of her that is similar if anyone can fix it.

Scan
You can only improve something that is good in the first place, and your scan is full of digital artifacts and dust and fluff (see attached).
Clean your scanner and photograph, scan at 300dpi and post again.
