Request: The Borrower

I read a few times about a film called "The Borrower", in which a convict is being watched by a female police officer, knocks her out, and steals her uniform including underwear, leaving her tied and completely naked as he escapes.

I've searched everywhere for a clip of this and never had any luck.

Does anyone have this clip, or even just caps of the scene?

Yes that has to be it. Thanks but it looks like it cuts off right at the good part! Does anybody have the full clip where she is left nude and tied up?
