"Ice Cream Girl" ENF Request

I remember a long time ago viewing a clip from either a movie or tv show, with a girl in a black bikini selling ice cream from behind a bar. As she's talking with a customer a someone sneaks up behind her and unties her top and it falls off. I think she goes on talking to the customer for a bit until she finally realizes what has happened. Any ideas?

I think your talking about that Russian Candid Candid Camera show. They've produced a lot of those types of ENF scenes.

That movie looks a lot like the Lemon Popsicle movies out of Isreal.
