Is this the scandal of him having sex with an underage girl? Or is it another sex scandal? It's so hard to keep track of celebrity sex scandals these days.

I really do not remember much about the Scandal It was Years ago!
maybe in the late 80's or early 90's.
It came up at lunch today at work a friend said he read it is making the rounds on the internet.
I was just wanting to see it.
I only Know it was rob lowe and the vido was stollen.

I did have this video, but I deleted it awhile ago because the quality, of the one I had at least, was terrible. So terrible, in fact, that it wasn't worth the space on my hard drive or a disk. Sorry.
