How many photos (as attachments) or how many posts do I need to add to have full access to the forum?

Just posts don't count, you need to post a certain mb of pics or vids and get some thanks before you have access.

And what is the amount of MB, thanks. Because I'm looking in the regulations and I can't find anything about it.

It depends. One single picture could be over 2 MB if you find one large enough.
