converting .nsv into avi ?

I have some great video encoded in .nsv but impossible to edit them into avi or else with some regular programs i use like adobe premiere pro or virtuadub

any help ?

ofcourse if you cant convert them you could always zip them and post anyway then we can all watch in winamp.
