No response from the admins

I have sent 2 separate emails regarding an issue with my account (that I would prefer not to list here) and have not gotten any replies. I kind of think the issue is important and would like to discuss it with admin. Any tips on how to get their attention, since emails are not doing it?

I'm awaiting replies myself, I'm sorry they haven't replied to you.
If it's something mods might be able to do, please message one of us. We can delete posts or pictures if that's what it is. We have no control over accounts.

Multiple emails, private messages, and this post and STILL no actionable response from admins. I guess the contact system is just for show.
