ROSKILDE FESTIVAL NUDE RUN pics at OCC

The Roskilde Festival naked run pics are among my most favorite of all public nudity pics. But about a year ago, I lost all of mine when I accidently trashed my festival pic folders. So, in an effort to rebuild those files, I searched the OCc archives and in the process, came away feeling as though there are a lot of pics that should be up somewhere that aren't. I recall having well over 100 pics from many years, for example. So, in this thread I am going to try and summarize what is up and where at OCC and in the process sort of pay tribute to the Roskilde Festival run. And then, I will request pics from the years where we seem to be deficient.

First of all, to anyone linking to sites containing pics - having links is better than nothing, but preferably any pics not copyrighted should be uploaded individually. This could help explain why in the case of Roskilde pics, I seem to recall there being a lot more pics that we actually have up - a lot of them are just linked to. But I really want to try and change this habit if possible when it comes to pics from these events, especially the campus stuff and runs. It would be great to have every pic actually uploaded somewhere rather than just linked to. For one, links go dead while OCC never goes dead!

OK, but enough of the rant. Roskilde run pics are special, and it is a good example of an event where we cover each year pretty well with threads, but keeping tabs on the whereabouts of everything can get hectic as the years pile up. If I could I would start a thread like this for other events as well - a combination tribute thread and event "hub" where you can info and pics that span the years, plus links to the various important threads.

So onwards with Roskilde pics and threads by year, and I will note where we seem to be deficient in material while requesting help from others. I'm not an expert in this run - it always happens right after Fremont and often I am too immersed in the latter to have time to look over pics. But if I lived in Europe, the reverse would be true - I'd have my butt over in Denmark each year.

Below are the major threads for Roskilde run pics from 2008-2012. We've done a pretty good job of covering these years with threads for each run, but I don't feel as though enough pics are up.

2008:

Pedro's 2008 thread contains about 60 pics. There should be more. The thread is polluted with pics from other years. Here it is:

In 2008, all of the runners wore black letting on their bodies.


2009:

2009 was a good year for pics. Runners often wore little red flags around their pubes. Without the red flag, its harder to separate 2009 pics from 2007 pics. Here is the major thread by Flah76:

2010

there are over 60 but some may be reposts. Girls in 2010 were lightly painted and had little logos over their breasts. ONe babe in particular stands out for me and I posted one pic of her below.

2011

which already has over 100 pics. Lettering is in black ("Festival radio") and there are lighting bolts surrounding the 92.3 on the chest. I am somewhat disappointed with the turnout of females this year. Despite the large numbers of pics, I don't see any that even begin to compare with those that surfaced in 2006 and 2009 especially.

OK, now going back in time, first we come to 2007, but when it comes to pics from this year, I can only come up with this thread:

which is only one page long and contains a grand total of 10 pics. I know this year was well represented with photos, but I don't know where the rest are. Anyone know? I will work on that some more and get back..

below are a few samples from 2007. There is a lot of good stuff from this year. Runners wore either pink or blue lettering on their bodies.

As of right now, I've got 31 2007 pics in my newly rebuild folders - a paltry sum compared to what I remember.

Ok, and now we come to 2006. That was the year that the Roskilde run emerged! At least in my consciousness anyway. The pics from that year were astonishing! I drooled over them for days! I couldn't believe how hot these babes were -

The runners wear bright orange lettering. There are about 15 pics here (more but from other years). All told, I now have about 28 pics from 2005 which I culled from other threads like Pedro's 2008 thread. I really don't know how many more are out there, as this was prior to the time when Roskilde pics really became known to me.

Prior to 2005, I have very few pics. Below are a couple posted by Crispus from 2001. Thats about all I have.

This may be just a gut feeling, but in wrapping this up so far, I'd guess that less than half of the known Roskilde Festival naked run pics from 2005-2012 are posted here. There just don't seem to be that many up. Pics often go up on Danish sites and other European sites which will get linked to by members from over there that know the language. Often times, though, its only links we see here, and many of those links may be down now. This makes it difficult for anyone trying to assemble a more or less complete set of pics. Don't you want OCC to be like the ultimate resource for these? Thats why i advocate posting rather than linking!

Below I am posting one Roskilde pic from each year from 2005-2012, and also one from 2001 (first pic) to show how the lettering and logos on the body change from year to year. Thank god they do this! I wish with every event you could identify the year just based on how the runners are adorned!

2001 (pic 1): no body adornment
2005 (pic 2): "RF radio (plus station number)" in bright orange letters
2006 (pic 3): "Roskilde Festival Radio" in stenciled, purple letters
2007 (pic 4): "Roskilde Festival Radio 89.6" in a mix of pink and blue letters
2008 (pic 5): "Roskilde Festival Radio 92.3 fm" in kind of messy, black letters
2009 (pic 6): in blue, it says "Festival Radio 92.3 Mhz" and then many runners also have red flags painted in their pubs area.
2010 (pic 7): mostly look for a circular logo affixed to the upper breast area saying "92.3 mhz". There may be other lettering on the body.
2011 (pic 8): a large, green logo on the stomach plus the numbers "92.3"(with lightening bolts) in red on the chest. Easy to identify.
2012 (pic 9): "Festival Radio" in black letters on the stomach plus "92.3 (with lighting bolts)" in black on the chest.
