My account ib not available

Please help,

my first account is not available any more. I ordered two times a new pass but nothing works. I sended a message to OCC but they doesn't answer. I'd like to use my first account but because it doesn't work I made this one new.

Thank you for answering! It is working again. I tryed again and again and suddenly it works. Please ask not why it works now, I don't know. I saw in another threat, that there was a problem with firefox. Maybe this was the problem.
