This past Sunday I went for a walk at a local park. The are several ball fields with paved walking trails winding around them. Anyway, on one football field there were three young women throwing a Frisbee. They appeared to be college age and two of them had on college t-shirts. I glanced at them, thought "cute", and kept walking. A while later I had circled around and one of the girls had climbed the goalpost and was swinging upside down by her legs. She got down and then two of the girls boosted another up. She had dark hair in a ponytail. She performed the same move, hooking her legs over the bar and swinging down. Unlike the other girl, her shirt fell. She quickly grabbed it so you couldn't see anything.

The other two girls were laughing at her. She realized she couldn't dismount unless she swung up and grabbed the bar with her hands and if she let go, her shirt would fall again. She tried to tuck her shirt in. By this time one of the girls had a phone out ans was taking a photo.

The girl finally made a move to get down. Her shirt did not stay tucked and fell to her shoulders, exposing a beige bra. She had nice medium sized titties. She quickly grabbed the bar and her shirt came down so I only and a view for a few seconds. She dropped to the ground and looked and saw me and another male walker watching. She turned beet red. Her friends were still laughing but you could tell it really embarrassed her.

I didn't want to be a creepy old man in the park so I continued walking. By the time I came back around, the girls had left.

Nice EUF moment. Sometimes you can get lucky and have a first row seat for one of those. Since they tend to be so rare, the rush you feel when seeing a real life EUF situation is huge; in fact, I think that those situations are the roots of my underwear fetish.
I saw a very nice one in my teen years, almost 20 years ago. I posted it in another thread, so I'm coping&pasting it on here;

She was wearing a pair of white panties -1990's high cut style, I'm sure a lot of you know what kind of undies I'm talking about. They looked like made of nylon and seemed a bit worn down, although they still looked good on her.

She quickly bent over a bit to pull her skirt back up and I capitalized to look at her ass; quite big, with a bit of cellulite but nothing to worry about. One of the leg apertures of her panties was giving her a natural wedgie -the other one was in its right place- which was what made me think that those panties were a bit worn down.

All this happened in a matter of maybe two seconds, three at most. But my interest in women's underwear, added to the easy arousal that teens feel all day long printed a clear memory in my mind.

She pulled her skirt back up, grabbed his son's hand and left at fast pace, with the kid still complaining. She didn't even look at me, maybe pretending that nothing at happened. In any case, I was shocked. Fortunately for her, the store was pretty empty that day, and I was the only one that saw what had happened.

I really love those high cut panties of the 90's, and this episode may have a lot to do with it.

Maybe I've been lucky or just in the right places. I'm sure I've seen hundreds if not a 1000 EUF sitings. Also maybe because we had three kids and adopted one. Also perhaps because we used to camp and spend much time in parks and places where young people with kids go.
I also worked as a carry out and stock boy in a grocery sotre and at a gas station. All EUF locations.
Not only did I see skirts and blouses pulled down to reveal every possible type under garment, I've seen it happen with young women without underwear. Most often it was those ornery rotten little brats hanging on to mommy or girls on playground equipment. It's even happened to my wife who rarely wore underwear or bras.
The entire event takes seconds, as noted. But the memories last forever. I just love ornery little brats!

I would personally love to read some of these real life stories in which you saw skirts being pulled down revealing underwear. I'm sure they're great!
