A). Nope. Never heard of it.
B). It only takes one jerk (pun partly intended) to not send them back. Knickers, particularly ones you'd want to send in the mail, are expensive! C). If you did get them back, goodness only knows what diseases they'd been exposed to. No thanks. If I want random panties from strangers, I'll just steal them from the laundromat like everyone else does.
