Rather shocking clip from; The Maddening; a film about a young woman who's kidnapped, and held hostage by a lunatic (played by Burt Reynolds). Though not explicit, the scene is still pretty surprising. I never expected to see anything like this out of Hollywood, and certianly not from Mia Sara. I've only seen parts of the film (it's fairly unwatchable, though Burt Reynolds' performance is unintentionaly hilarious), but if I remember correctly, there's also a forced stripping scene, and a forced haircutting scene, done in the bathtub (Mia Sara is completely naked, and covering. Very ENF). Poor picture quality, so if someone has a better version, please feel free to post it.

Just to clarify, that clip is entitled miasara PEE video, not the word the board is blocking out. I changed the Cap titles to miasaraPISSvideo, to avoid any confusion.
