Going to Croatia next week. Starting at the top and working my way down to Dubrovnik via ferry. Any recommendations on beaches/islands with "good scenery"?

Good choise. You can find many Fkk beaches and campings.
For example in Istria, near Rovigno (camping Valalta) and Orsera (camping Koversada), but parenzo also (camping Plava laguna and camping Solaris). Many many beaches are for FKK, in Rabac also.
I think one of the best place is the island of Veglia (Krk) in Quarnaro (kvarner) gulf near Fiume (Rijeka), with 3 Fkk campings and almost all beaches for free naturism. I hope you have a boat to reach this beaches, otherwise... you have to walk very hard!
Another very great bech is paradise in the island of Arbe (Rab), peninsula Lopar-San Marino, I think one of the more beautiful (and nudist!) beach in this land.

Hi, I've been to Croatia at end-June this year. If you really like isolation and secluded beaches where you can do (almost) everything on the beach without being bothered and/or seen, I can recommend the southern side of the island of Hvar. I (we) went to a very isolated village called Zavala. To get there, you have to drive through a very narrow and dark tunnel of about 1.2 miles. There only space for one car and the access is based on a sensor traffic light.

The waters are fantastic, the nature is practically unspoiled and you can go snorkeling, diving, windsurfing and, of course, you can practice other “sports” right on the beach. There is a small portion of pebble beach, but most of it is rocky. The best part is that you can very easily hide behind those rocks and do whatever you like. However, don’t let yourself completely away and always keep an eye on the waters. There are lots of swimmers and you don’t want to get caught in the middle of the action. Or do ya?

Oh, I forgot, most of the tourists are around 40, so if you want to see “fresh meat” I don’t think that’s the right place for you.

i went on my honeymoon to hvar and it is true you can pretty much do anything there.

they are fine with full nude anytime anywhere on the beach and alot do go naked some fine sites.

tbh i found most people on the island of hvar where we stayed (the other side from the main port)
spent most of the time naked.

if you make it to the island i would say hire a boat (small thing with a canopy and an outboard)
they cost about 10 uk pounds for the day and you can swim off the boat naked all day (my ex wife did)

would go again its a very pretty place.

The only snag you may find (if it is anything like here), in September most of the nudists are retired folk, not many naked cuties (except at weekends) compared to July and August. I went to Cap D'agde once in September and it was like being in an all nude retirement home!

I went to Croatia years ago (Kovasada) and the place was nice, but the locals were a very miserable bunch. They have had a civil war since, so perhaps they are happier now! They had an ice cream called 'SLAG', I still have a photo of the ex-wife eating out of a tub of it!
