downloading videos that play in flashplayer
I would like to save some videos from another site, however they play in Adobe Flash player, and when I look in my Temp Internet files the only thing to find is the FLV player shown as a "Shockwave Flash Object".
Anyway I can save these? Many thanks for anyone that can help

Seems the site is using some sort of uncached solution.
Using NetTransport I can catch the URL and download the vids, not free but it works  http://www.net-xfer.com/download.htm
