Slow speeds

Hi all. The last few months every download has become super slow for me. Around 30-50kb/s. As u can imagine that sux as most vids are now well over 5mb. I usually was downloading at full speed, 350-450kb/s. It used to only be this slow at peak times (evening etc) but now i seem to have slow speed all of the time.

Other websites i have my normal speed but its my damn luck that my favourite site is slow for me.

Is this just me or my ISP or are others experiencing it also ?

Any help would be appreciated.
