What To Wear question

There is a show called What To Wear that airs on the HD Wealth channel. I think there is also a standard definition channel that it airs on as well. Anyway, I happened to stumble across it and watched it for a few minutes and it showed a woman sitting with a black skirt approx. 24 minutes in. She has an embarrassed look on her face for some reason and has her legs together in front of her then crosses them and it looks like she isn't wearing panties from what I can see.

I recorded it and played it in slow motion and it really looks like she doesn't have them on which would be a great upskirt. However, I can't capture it from my DVR box and was wondering if anyone else has seen this episode. It doesn't have a name, but in the FiOS guide it says Episode 02 or something like that in the description.

Does anyone else have FiOS that can search for the next time this is on or has seen this and can capture it or let me know if she does have panties on? Anything in relation to this would be great and help ease my curiosity. Thanks.
