webmaster tech help..policy change??

Hello, lately I have not been able to right click onto video links and select the 'save target..' function in order to download and save vids. Right clicking reveals an unhighlighted save function but other functions like open link in new browser etc. are highlighted , i.e. available.

This was not the case before. One could either just click on the vid link and the download would begin with a window asking where to save etc. or the right click manner. Has the OCC policy changed so that members can only view but not download to save vids??

Is my account still good???(should be till april)

Please advise.

Thanks webmaster, you were right. The computer settings were at fault.
