x-ray specs

know nothing about these pics at all i hope someone does
it was every teenage boys dream when thay looked at a comic book
and saw the x-ray glasses advertised
i have no idea if these are fake {which i suspect}
but if they are how was it done

but how

the only thing i could figure
was 2 pictures the same
one dressed and one undressed
i just can't find seams where they were put together
