In this anime clip some maniac professor has taken his entire university as hostage
and threatens to blow himself and the building up.
In order to free some of the hostages this professor wants
to exchange herself for some of the hostages.

The maniac professor doubts her good couse and wants to make sure
that she isnt wearing any wiretaps and well there is only way to be sure...

This is from "Professor Pain", which is very sadistic.

The original name of the show was "Sodomy School", and was originally an adult choose your own adventure style video game in Japan with the same plot.

Suehirogari, the artist who did TAG and several other exhibitionism/enf mangas, actually did the character design and art for the video game. As far as I can tell he had absolutely nothing to do with the anime.

The original game had the same plot but was vastly less sadistic -- the terrorist was younger (maybe an expelled student?), and seemed to be more interested in humiliating the students and teacher than hurting them. There was also a fat male student who helped him.

I've never been able to get a copy of the game or even a full CG pack, I've just found enough to get a few bits. However, I was able to find the miniature advertisment comic that Suehirogari did for the game, which I have placed here, since I don't have time to post 24 images. It's around 2 megs zipped.
