I have this from a different perspective. I rent a townhouse that I've been living in for the past 2.5 years. The woman who owns the townhouse was the last person who lived here. We don't interact often, but I've met her and she's an attractive older woman in her 40s. I think the story is that she got re-married and moved in with her new husband. Then shortly after she rented out her townhouse I became her first tenant.
