Poll: Boudoir photos (how daring?)

So, following finding out that one of her friends has had some boudoir photos taken, my lady has decided she wants to get some too!

As she's already quite comfortable (thanks be!) being naked in front of a camera, she's told me that she fully intends getting completely starkers for the photographer. She does have a preference for a female photographer but she reckons it's important that whatever gender they are, they have to be ok with nudity. She's already discounted two relatively local photographers because their website portfolios "didn't have enough nakedness"!

While I'm delighted at her attitude, I'm just curious as to how she compares to other ladies out there (hence the poll). While it's perhaps not politically correct to say it on here, I have in my time checked out a few badly secured/open boudoir galleries. I'm always surprised how few of the women involved get naked. If I was to guess, I'd say from the galleries I've seen, only 1 or 2% get naked and only about 25% even get topless. The vast majority involve reams of pictures of ladies in lingerie, or thinking that the handbra is the most risque thing ever invented.

Or perhaps photographers are just more careful protecting the galleries in which clients get naked. Who knows?

So, go on, help me out with this vital research.

My wife had a boudoir session in 1992, we still have the delightful pics.The photographer was an award winning portrait photog, but he had never done a nude before, but he wanted to try. My wife was not shy,she progressed from lingerie to nudes. She kept her pubes hidden but that was all. The pictures are hidden in a locked drawer, we take them out occasionally.

Unfortunately, not yet. She has mentioned to me that she'd like to do a shoot for me for my birthday some day and even bring a good friend of her's along for the shoot but it hasn't happened yet. Certainly it is a fantasy of mine. One I'd love to have happen. I'm not sure how haked she would get but if I knew in advance, I'd help research photographers and encourage her not to waste the opportunity with lame photos. I'd want lots of tasteful nudity! I know she has no problem with posing nude for me and even knows I share some of themso I doubt she'd stop with just lingerie and/or handbras. If it ever happens, oh, the questions I'd be asking! I'd want to hear the whole story!

I voted yes, full frontal but probably should be disqualified. for at least 4 reasons..........
* It was the ex.
* The guy wasn't really a pro, just a pro wanna-be (but results sure looked pro)
* Not really full frontal, but a little bush showing
* This was done a hundred years ago (or so it seems) pre-digital age for sure.

The photographer was a young guy about our age who lived in our apartment building. I didn't know him, just saw him around. I think the wife (ex) said she met him in the common laundry room in the building. I should have been more suspicious of the how's and why's of the subject of him taking nude photos of her even came up. Not normal laundry room conversation, ya think?

She had a nice pair of twin C's that she liked to show off, 5'3 120 lbs., very attractive in general, and I'm sure that's what prompted him to propose the photo-shoot. If I recall, she said that at first, nothing was mentioned about nudity, he just proposed a free set of proofs. She went to his apartment and he showed some of his portfolios, weddings and such, then in other albums, women in various boudoir shots, other albums, some women totally but tastefully nude. He showed her a spare bedroom that he had set up like a studio, tripods, lights, etc. She was sold, and I think at that point, sold on the nudes. But she told him she had to ask me.

I was taken totally by surprise by her request to have nude photos taken by practically a stranger. Because other than showing plenty of cleavage and running around braless, she never showed any exhibitionistic tendencies. Anyway, I eagerly agreed, said that I was ready anytime. Then she said there wouldn't be a "we", just she and him. Reasoning was that I'd be a distraction to them, etc. I was a little suspicious, but found the whole scenario so hot, I agreed.

Bottom line, photos came out great. Frankly, I only remember a handful of the very tasteful B&W nude pics. I know we saw proofs, must have been a hundred pics, and he printed out our favorites. There was some of her lying down of her belly on a shag rug, up on her elbows, her cute little ass, and lots of tit showing, smiling into the camera. Others, sort of sitting on the floor, legs folded under, tits as big as anything right out there, with some bush showing. Classic nudes, I suppose.

In retrospect, I have to wonder that since there weren't any underwear or half-dressed shots, how that all transpired....
Was it like, "OK lady, take off all your clothes and get naked for me"........ I'm joking of course, because the guy had to be very, very smooth to get her to agree to the nude photo-shoot to begin with. And, if I recall, she even told me the guy said to be sure not to wear a bra or anything tight because it would take a while for the marks on her body to fade. So yes, it was planned right from the start to do nudes only. So in a sense it was like that for her. "OK, here I am in a robe...... voile! Now I am totally naked for you!"

All these years later, I'm still blown away; wish I had a video clip of that whole scene.

One thing for sure, that was the longest couple hours of my life, waiting alone in the apartment until she came back. All kinds of thoughts raced through my head, wondering what was going on just a couple hundred feet away. But when she finally came back from his apartment, we were all over each other! She was squishy wet; I was worked up to a fever pitch! Hot, hot sex that night!

And back to the point of this thread..... I wonder if I really knew the truth of what happened that night, if there were pics that even I never saw......... if I couldn't have checked off the box:

Great thread! My wife did a rather tame boudoir shoot at a bachelorette party. All the girls brought sexy outfits and one by one had their photos taken in a bedroom. Since there were a lot of girls and the photographer wasn't there for long, they were quick shoots. My wife ended up with 8 images that the photographer picked that were sexy in panties and a bra. Since the shoots were quick I doubt that any of the girls got topless.

I always wanted to see some of the other girls layouts, but the photographer sent each girl a link to their gallery only with a unique password. I imagine that the groom may have gotten to see some of the other photoshoots.

It brings up a huge fantasy of mine, which is girls that bring a girlfriend (or multiple) to a boudoir shoot. I've seen some galleries (of strangers) were there are two or more girls in sexy poses, including topless. I even saw one where they were doing some sexy kissing and light petting. I just think it is so incredibly hot that a boudoir gift to a husband or boyfriend might include extremely sexy or even nude photos of the wife's friends. Of course every guy fantasizes about what their wife's friends look like naked. It's such a hot concept and such a generous gift from both the wife and the friend. Anyone know of any more of these kinds of circumstances that can share?

work colleague many years ago was in a photography club that often employed models to pose nude. He reckons half the guys had no film in their cameras - just there to ogle !!

My wife got a shoot done for my Christmas a couple of years ago. She went with the purpose of doing some lingerie/dress up shots, maybe some topless... ended up full frontal including a few nice legs spread shots!

My wife posed for a painter for an hour, then he took a photo to use to finish the painting. I thought it was excellent but I thought he made her pubic triangle a bit large. We have it but she will not let me hang it up.
