Clarification on the rules please

Rule - 6. DO NOT post video clips from mainstream movies.

Now and again I come across some good clips from the movies but I am unsure of whether they should be posted. I do not know what is meant by 'Mainstream Movies'. Are we just talking about recent US Hollywood output, or is it wider than that? I do understand the wisdom of this rule, but I would request some clarification from ALex or one of the group moderaters.

Mainstream movies would include movies from other countries as well. Including any films that are produced by studios to be shown in movie theaters.

We will make exceptions for ENF scenes because they are so rare.
