What do you think is happening?

I think it's a sorority initiation. The girls look like cute all American girls, not pros. Some of the guys look like they have never seen a naked girl, so if it's the first time, great for them to see three at once. The girl closet to the camera who has red streaks in her hair looks really embarassed and the blond either has an all over tan or a very interesting skin tone. No matter what three cuties all in a row.

What do you think is going on?

I'd say just a drunken party. Stuff like that sometimes happens. Sorority initiation like this are myth.
