..With or without Cialis..c'mon guys..I realize breast augmentations are permanent reconstructions using foreign, man-made substances and technology to enhance appearance ..and there is the difference..Appearance ONLY..Viagra and Cialis artificially enhance FUNCTION..The breast augmentation happens one time..where as Viagra and Cialis?..How much of that stuff adds up inside your body?

Natural boobs are great, but fake boobs are great as well. If a woman does't have big or nice boobs I think she should get some implants. Either way the best thing to come from nice breasts is the confidence and sexuality they give the woman.
So in summary if you are happy with your boobs keep them, if not get some implants. And then everyone show them off like the proud women you will be.
If anyone wants to take a guess at my girls boobs real/fake let me know and I can post a pic
