I think that judging by the lack of comments and the number of hits vs views of the file, I'm not the only one here that is having problems playing this.

Yes, I have all the codecs, yada yada yada.

Perhaps my bogus evaluation version of WinZip is to blame.

I played the clip in WinMedia player and it is amusing. I also reencoded it in DIVX since there is an audio problem (WFW) and a few missing MPEG frames according to virtualdub. So you must have a good set of codecs and a tolerant system to view it. If someone wants it posted in DIVX (AVI) I can do that.
