I agree Wetmac. The originals are always better. Some guys like playing with balls of manufactured silicone, but I believe the majority do not.

I don't like making negative comments, but I've got to agree with the others here: she should have left them as they were.

The location the Doctor chose to insert the implants will leave 2 permanent scars under her breasts. What a turn off! A better surgeon could have inserted them through the nipple or under the armpit, making the incision practically invisible. What a shame for a pretty girl like that to be butchered by a cheap surgery.
