Dear Sir,
I hate to burst your proverbial bubble, but... she's not saying "heres my number so call me maybe". She is giving the "hang ten" . "hang loose" or "shaka" sign. This is common in the surfing community in California and Hawaii. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shaka_sign

The difference is whether the hand is held vertical or horizontal and the proximity to the face, head and ear.
These girls definitely want you to call them. Sadly I do not have their number.
