(EUF) Belle of Old Mexico: Dress Rip Scene

Scene from the 1950 movie "belle of old Mexico" staring Estelita Rodriguez. The context of the movie (admittedly I did not watch) is that a US veteran travels to Mexico to fulfill a dying wish of a friend in the war. He wanted the main character, Kip, to take care of his neice. When Jil meets her, he realizes she's a lot older then he first imagined.

Again I did not watch but the context is Kip's wife or fiancee convinced Rosita to attend a party and sing. Kip did not want her coming. When kip confronts her, she is confused as the fiancee plays dumb to inviting her. When rosita tries to run away, the fiancee steps on her dress, exposing her underwear.

Context for the poor recording: found the movie on a collectors site. Basically they just record stuff from TCM airings it looks like. The problem is I have no way to record out besides my phone. My older laptop with a disk drive won't work, and my two other computers don't even have disk drives (the wonders of modern technology). So, I used my only other alternative (ps4) and recorded the scene. If anyone has suggestions on downloading the movie from the ps4 I'll try them.

Also a very short clip, and there was no direct reaction to the scene from anyone afterwards.
