Request: Dress ripped off - Family Law "Film at elevan" TV show

There was a show called Family Law staring Tony Danza, from 1999-2002. One episode called "Film At Elevan" season 2 episode 12 featured an angry crowd of men harassing women and one woman has her entire dress ripped off leaving her in her underwear. One of the main characters also has her top torn open but it's cencored as it's only really show through the news on the show. Does anyone remember this, or better have a clip or caps? I've searched the net numerous times but came up with nothing.
